Hi. I’m Jon,

the founder

of Catalyst Therapy Collective.

We are a telehealth therapy practice based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. We chose the name “Catalyst” because it represents how we view ourselves in the process of change. Individuals seek therapy for any number of reasons, but the core of each reason is a desire for things to be better—for things to change in some way.

We strive to be a catalyst, an element that accelerates change so that you can make things better.

Get to know our practice:

  • Your first meet and greet session is free to make it easier to find the right therapist.

  • We use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you see results quickly.

  • We help you refine and pursue your goals for therapy.

  • Our per-session-price goes down the more often you need to meet with your therapist.

  • We offer teletherapy sessions throughout all of Michigan, with a focus in Grand Rapids, Alpena, and Traverse City.

“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.”

— Carl Rogers

How therapy can support you throughout the process of change

We offer an initial “meet and greet” session for free. We want to make it easier for you to find the right therapist.
